Return and Refund Policy for Swift Souq

At Swift Souq, we want you to love what you buy. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work on our e-commerce website.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

Note: Some items (e.g., personal care, perishable goods, clearance items) may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for exclusions.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product:

  1. Email us at swiftsouq336@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided (customer pays for return shipping unless the item is defective)


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We’ll notify you via email about the status of your return

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at swiftsouq336@gmail.com


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at swiftsouq336@gmail.com.
